Family Roots Offers Wholesale accounts and Co-op prices.  Please contact us to inquire about opening a wholesale account or running a Co-op.

Here are a few Co-op guidelines to consider before writing.  Once we hear from you we will send more detailed information.

We keep a full dyeing schedule so there may be a waiting period before we can accept your order.  This normally works fairly well as it will give you time to gather orders. 

There is a minimum of 8 skeins per colorway in order to qualify for co-op pricing.

The entire order will be shipped to the co-op leader via UPS for disbursement to the individual purchasers.  I will bill you for the exact amount and send a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Any returns will be refunded the co-op price only.

I do currently offer trim skeins.  The group can choose 1 color to go with each colorway.

Once a co-op begins I must have the order and payment in full within 2 weeks.  The co-op order doesn't need to reach the maximum number of skeins allowed in order to be submitted.
